Richardson’s technology infrastructure provides team members access to a custom property management application environment, residents with convenient and innovative services and solutions, and clients with accurate and timely property and portfolio information. These technology systems are scalable and flexible to meet changing business needs and to ensure Richardson’s continued prominent position among the leading real estate service providers. We continually research, develop and implement improved systems to deliver stable and effective technology to team members, residents and clients.

The information technology department consists of Network Operations and Support, Application Development and Support, and the Project Management Office.  Richardson’s core preferred property management software is RealPage Onesite, a web-based application designed specifically for property and asset managers, owners, and commercial real estate markets.
